I am at best a very average runner. oh yeah, and a girl... I have run only one marathon (never again), about 6 half's and of those only twice did I break two hours.
In college I was a heptathlete and the past 5 years post college I have taken up more 'distance' running. I really want to improve upon my 5K and 10K times but I really dont know how. I am doing well now to run a 7:45/mile pace in a race but want to be down more around 7 or less. I know it's possible, I just need some advice on what to do. Any advice would be so great!
All I do now is go for runs (20-40min) and weight train. Some days I will do bleacher work...
