Yes I know this type of thread comes up often but I would appreciate some feedback. I haven't competitively raced since finishing college in 2001. PRs were 14:15, 8:12, 3:46. I haven't stopped running since but haven't consistently trained at all. Just started it up again a few months ago, running 35 miles/wk roughly. Did first track workout since 01 last wk, 6x800 averaging 2:32 w/ 75 secs rest in between. Also did a 5k 6 weeks ago for kicks, time 17:22. I would very much appreciate a time prediction for a 5k in a few weeks, my lofty goal is 16:15ish. Thanks in advance.
