basically all my races have nothing left in the km or less (5k-10k races), I can go out alittle fast but never way over my head, just hanging on in the last km and never able to kick
what does tell me about what I need to work on in my training, my aerobic engine?
I do strides 3x / week and could probably run a 400m around 60sec if rested, basically running around 36min 10k(on road probably quicker on track, looking at my past logs all my PR's have occurred after months of just mileage and tempo/threshold workouts w/ no typical interval workouts
