monday-8 x 300 all out w/ 45 sec jog in between
tues- 9 mile run
wed- 8 x 800 @ goal 3200 pace
thur- nothing
friday- meet, 800, 1600, 3200 races
saturday-13 mile run
sunday nothing
monday-4 x 2000 @ goal 3200 pace
tues-9 mile run
I feel so sluggish now after all these workouts, and am wondering if this too much? It seems to me that there is hardly any recovery runs.
