Teeth whitening?

Unless you are going for an "unnatural" white (a la Simon Cowell), you can just swish every day for 30 sec with good ole extra cheap hydrogen peroxide.

Might help with those tonsiloliths as well!

Basically, all of the OTC products are bad for your teeth, with the exception of paste, floss and occasional rinse agent like listerine.

Be VERY careful with hydrogen peroxide. If can be VERY abrasive to certain areas of decay, nerve exposure, etc and will hurt like the dickens.

Anyone who has experienced it knows what i mean.

Whitestrips are bad for your teeth. Do not use them.

I've used the Whitestrips - not for the 2x/day for 2 weeks they tell you, but for maybe a week the first time, then once or twice every 6 months or so. They made a big difference and the cost is the best.

I like to swish my piss around in my mouth to whiten my teeth, is there a better method?

Can you provide references for any of that, or are you just talking out of your butt?

mrs. clucker had a dentist tell her the same thing. her enamel was getting very thin - having issues with cavities, despite near OCD levels of brushing, flossing, etc. basicaly he said stop using the whiteners if you would like to keep your teeth.

Mrs. Clucker should stop using them so much. And is she getting cavities on the fronts of her teeth only? Because those are the only places the strips hit. Is she using them on her molars? Not where the strips are supposed to go.

Don't drink coffee (tea or soda), don't smoke, don't chew, and get a good electric toothbrush.
