Dude, setting aside all of your 100MPW goals and whatnot, cutting weight like that is how seriously bad things happen. Compounded by your substantial running load and the nutrition/rest your body is requiring...you're asking for serious injury. Every year a few kids in America die cutting weight for wrestling. You're going to end up wearing garbage bag suits, running laps in the locker room with all the showers on as hot as they go, taking laxatives, dipping tobacco to pump a gallon of spit out, and who knows what else. 12 pounds is too much for someone in your situation to drop that fast.
