I'm doing 100 miles per week for 15 weeks by running 14 hours a week. At 8 minute pace that equals out to 105 miles, I'll probably always run faster than that.
PR from cross country = 16:40
New time after 100 mpw for 15 weeks = ??:??

Haha. Like he's some hot shot kid against the world who knows something that they all don't and is going out to prove them wrong. Anyways, I agree with meatfreeee. Good luck kid, but seriously. The people on here who are older than you and who have run through high school and college and even post-collegiately, are giving you their advice for a reason... i.e. so that you don't get hurt. You asked for advice multiple times now that I've seen and every time you shut down your advice givers with what I'm sure you deem a snappy comeback. In reality though you won't change our minds anymore than we'll change yours. Please though, stop flooding the message board with you 100 mile week hype. If you want to report back after all is said and done that's fine, and I do hope it's for the better. But just let it rest for now. You aren't really even getting answers anymore, just hate speech. True power comes from what you do or don't do, not what you say. Just remember though that sometimes it is what you don't do, and that there's no shame in admitting you're wrong. It's so much harder to do than being right.
You'll be fine, as long as you don't stop running hard most days of the week. Just keep in mind that intensity is important. No matter what your mileage is.
Your stupidity continues to exceed my expectations of you. Clearly people do not enjoy listening to you "spam" this forum. You are not contributing anything, and you are ignoring everyone who tries to advise you. 100 MPW just is not smart in your situation. BUT WHATEVER.
we need more threads like this one.
Anybody know the long term effects of running mainly on rocks? Like the rocks that are under railroad tracks. Becuase I started taking advantage of the rails-to-trails program. It is a program in which they removed the old railroad rails and logs in an attempt to get people to run on them. The rocks are very hard to run on in some places.
Well I already did 1 Hour 7 Minutes today, so my second run will be 53 Minutes.
Try tripping and planting your face on the rocks
I have great balance from football and wrestling so falling isn't the problem. But I did almost twist my ankle like 3 times.
Ian,
I am trusting that you abide in my running knowledge when I order you to run all 100+ miles on grass. If you don't, you will regret it.
Smoke on it, run on it, love on it.
Your knowledgeable grass loving coach,
The Grass Runner
You do realize that nobody will be impressed with your agile "skills" obtained from football/wrestling, do you? And to further comment, nobody really gives a sh*t that you almosted twisted your ankle.
I run on concrete/asphalt/grass/rocks/hardwood floor/tracks. I'm just keeping it on surfaces, okay?
To runninouttatime- you don;t think wrestling is good cross training?
Ian,
You listen to me son when I tell you to run all the miles on grass!
Every runner runs on surfaces. If you want to be an everyday average runner then go ahead and don't listen to me, your coach. Run on all the shit you run on and you are destine to die a young death with your knees hitting the bottom first.
I command you to run on grass. Don't be average Ian. Your halfway there if you are doing 100+ mile weeks, you just need to include grass.
Smoke on it, run on it, love on it.
Your coach, consultant, and ol'man,
The Grass Runner
Where the hell am I gonna run 100 miles all on grass? On a soccer field? You must be crazy. I'm gonna avoid running on grass now.

Short answer: no.
You're never going to make it one week at 100 miles/week. My first point is that you are clearly not dedicated completely to running if you: still wrestle, still do heavy weight lifting, and still play football. To run 100 miles/week for one week demands intense motivation and an incredible amount of work, which you clearly cannot give to running alone. Take it from someone who runs 90-100 miles a week for real, you're not going to make it 15 especially with no build up and no down weeks. If you take one day off, you won't be able to make up the difference.
Ian Edwards!
You are upsetting the grass gods! and me.
Sonny, I tell you this and you listen here... run on grass. It could save your life and your knees. If you don't you will regret it.
Find some trails, soccer fields, front lawns, grass farms, and run the hell out of 'em. You will regret it if you don't. If you must, run laps upon laps.
Don't be stupid.
The knower of all things good and grassy,
The Grass Runner
p.s. Smoke on it, run on it, love on it.
Is this Ian Edwards from Jordan High School in Georgia?
If so, this is the male runner you made sweet love with in the woods behind the school after your home meet. YOU NEVER EVEN CALLED ME BACK? WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE?? AND YOU GAVE ME CRABS!!
Ian, please make a video blog and upload your blogs to youtube.
