1. When I download my workout to the computer, I don't understand the "speed distance" anmd the "Speed time" numbers. Today I ran for 63 minutes, and covered 8.3 miles, but the speed time did not add up to 63 minutes, and the speed distance figures only seemed to add up to a little more than 2.5 miles, well short of the 8.3. Can anyone help me make sense of these numbers?
2. When I run a track workout, and download it ontot he computer, the picture shows me running around an oval with all the "dots" on the lane of the track. But I read a thread which said that the Garmin was inacurate for track running. But if my "dots" all show up on the track, does that mean that I am getting accurate times/distances?
