Training for six weeks at altitude... would it even help at all.. living in a tent, not eating good and not sleeping good... barely having any money... do you think it will help or just not even be worth it .. i heard it takes two weeks for altitude to even start to have an effect on your training in the first place... and it should wear off by the middle of the season.. i could do 120 a week at my own home... so what do you guys think... would it help
