ever have one of those runs when you just couldn't finish? one of those runs when mentally or physically you just couldn't finish? What did you do? Did you make up the miles the next run or week or at a later time or did you just forget them. I was supposed to do 48 this week. I was only going to get in 44 instead and also today I had a horrible long run and just needed to stop running after eight. I was just not able to do it. Now I'm pissed off about that and short on my mileage. Any thoughts?
