i stuttered, and i aint talking about hurdling either
his time has passed. his window of opportunity to run at the world class level has passed. maybe he could be the next jerry woody, but no better.
While I don't know if I'd go so far as to say something like that, Rock and Kelly Willie (also an Oly gold medalist) sure fell off the map in a hurry..
Seeing that relatively slow time by Neville for 3rd at the trials had to hurt...
that article makes no sense. if rock really would have a "90 percent chance of making it to the olympics", why would be no show at the trials? and why pick up a new race the month before the trials when you have spent the last 4 years running toward the next olympics. something doesnt add up. you dont skip the olympic trials if you are both physically and mentally ready with a great shot at making the team unless something else happened. anyone care to elaborate?
He DNFed his heat. No idea why.
His contract w/ Adidas runs until 2011. So he has plenty of time to experiement.
His 400 running won't get any worse as a result of 400H training, so why not.

It's Joey Woody, but I agree. At 26 or 27 it's kinda late in the game to compete with Bershawn Jackson and Kerron Clement.
