Tell that to Christine Clark - US Olympic Marathoner. Tell it to Henry Marsh - US Olympic Steeplechaser and former national record holder in that event. Tell it to Ingrid Kristiansen - Norweigan Olypmpian, former world record holder in 10k and marathon, winner of many world class marathons.
All of them trained heavily on the treadmill. Even when the weather was good. No doubt they would be crushed to learn that that 'bsp' thinks they aren't really running.
