I can only run run 30-40 mpw due to playing another sport (football/soccer) and I wanna improve at the 5k, what should my week look like?
Anyone have any experience with doing running and other sports and still improving?
I guess just do lots of quality? What is the shortest I can get away with for a long run?
Anyone got any links to good 5k training threads (5k doesn't register on search)?
