hi, currently im training my little sister for high school for her first xc season. we started off her training by a time trial of a mile and she ran 7:35. after a week of 16 miles and pure base, no speed work, she ran a 6:48. how much potential do you think she has in the mile and 2 mile? we are training for a 2 mile btw. im planning of getting her up to 40 miles by the end of the summer and it will include some sort of intervals. also, what do you think she can run a 2 mile in right now?
