So, about 6 months ago I was a 8:30 3k, 14:21 5k, 29:50 10k, 1:08 Half guy...but haven't run consistently since then. I needed a huge mental and physical break after college. So now I'm getting back into it and need your help...
1) how should I transition back in to running miles? (I was typically a 70-90 mpw guy)
2) When should I think about racing again?
I have in my head what to do, but I want to see what you all think. And part of my brains thinks it can go back out and run 80 mpw right away.
How fast or slow should I build my milage back up?
