Just completed a session of 10 x 300m with 90 seconds recovery. Managed 3 in 46 with the other 7 in 45.
What sort of times do you think i could manage over 800m and 1500m??
Thanks

1:54 and 4:00
Over 1500 it's hard to say with 90 sec recoveries. Some people are good at reps. If I did that session I'd be thinking low 3.50's but I know some people who could do it and not break 4.00. You'd think you could go at least 1.55 in the 8 though, faster if you have good speed.
45 sec recov might give a better indication for the 1500.
thanks for replies so far. Any other predictions??
I have ran 45's for that workout and I don't believe I could crack 1:57. I have ran 3:58 recently. Not a fast runner.
okay, so my 800m pr is a 2:11 (from last years indoor season). what do you think my 1500m was from this past outdoor season?
Ingebrigtsen wins in 13:20, Mills 2nd in 13:21, Nordas a disappointing 13:26 nowhere near medals
Why is Parker Valby so unconcerned about Olympic standards and rankings?
Valby is the most EXPRESSIVE runner of all time and it's not even close
