Let's hear 'em.
Let's hear 'em.
4:21 & 16:10
oh, that hurts.
I know a 10:00 steepler, and his PRs are 4:12 and 16-flat ish. I'm going to go ahead and guess 4:10 and 15:50.
maybe 4:15, sub 16:00.
depends how good of hurdler you are

very true...
Agreed hurdle ability goes a long way. I guess the question would be if you were training for the steeple aka doing steeple workouts. My Guess: 4:28, 15:40.
Mine:
4:10
10:06
16:03
My guess for yours
4:08
9:53
15:32
I think my 5k is weak in comparison to my other times. My hurdling wasn't bad. How close am I?

You're pretty close. I'll give out some more clues. This was my first year steepling (My hurdle form isn't that bad, though). I'm not an MD runner at all.
Oh i put mile time guess so 4:10 then for 1500.
I'll put up my times in a couple hours, so I'll give people a little while longer to guess. Keep guessing away. If anyone guesses both times to the exact second, Wejo will provide you with a complimentary letsrun t-shirt. Guess away!
1500 - 4:05
5k - 15:15
5k: 15:40
1500: 4:09

Look at it this way:
4:21 is like a 4:40 1600 which, right? That means you could probably run a 10:00 3200 which translates pretty close to your steeple PR.
A 16:00 5k is about 5:10 pace, right? that means you should be able to run about a 10:00 3200 which translates pretty close to your steeple PR.
If your PRs are better than I have guessed you should be able to run a significantly faster steeple, so that is a good thing, right?
1500 is 3:25.99
5k is 12:36.99
marathon is dnf

I guess that's one way to look at it, but in this case anyway, it's not right.
The suspense is now over.
1500 - 4:13
5000 - 15:38
Sorry, no one wins a free letsrun t-shirt. However, citius5000 was pretty close (4:10, 15:40).
Feel free to analyze the results.
your steeple and 1500 times suck compared to your 5k. I'd say you should be capable of around 9:45 at least based on the steep time. 1500 time is reasonable for a guy who doesn't really focus on it, I guess.
wait so are you a guy or a girl?

So we had to guess the times exactly to get the free t-shirt? Let's just say that range was 100 seconds for each distance (which is an underestimate) the odds of guessing both right to the nearest second would be 1/10,000. Did you really expect one of the 20 or so people who posted to get it right?
