I did my first ever Vo2 max test last november(07) and I have just come from doing another today (09-05-08).
In november I was just starting my Cross Country season because I had a operation (non running related)in August but it did stop me from walking for a week and jogging for a month. My vo2 max in november was 73.8 and today I only got 72.2 but I'm in a lot better shape now, I'm in the shape of my life at present,but my Vo2 doesnt show any improvement, any suggestions why?
