Whenever I do a 400 meter race, I feel amazing in the first half, only do die in the last 150 or so meters. Today, for example I ran the open quarter in 62, which by the way I know sucks. So I opened the first 200 in 26, only do have the wheels come off to close in 36, for a time of 62. Are there any kinds of workouts I can do to prevent this incredible slow down? Or what about pacing? Any feedback would be much appreciated.
