So i was wondering how fast I should be running my intervals.
Say i have a goal of 30:00 10k and my pr is 31:43. So for my my intervals I figured it would be good just to run 4 seconds faster than what my goal pace is, like this:
Repeat - Goal Pace::Repeat Pace
400 - 1:12::68
600 - 1:48::1:44
800 - 2:24::2:20
1000 - 3:00::2:56
just wondering what you all thought about intervals and how fast they should be compared to your goal pace?
