Hello I have 5 weeks till my peak race and i need a speed workout badly. My pr is 9:43 for 2miles and I want to atleast run 9:20's. If I do 5 by 1000 in 3:00 minutes or under with 3minutes rest then add 2 400's with 1:30 rest in between at 65 pace be a good solid workout? Any help appreciated.
