hi everyone. im a college freshmen 19 years old and hve been runnng pretty high mileage this year. im improing very steadily and feeling stronger every week. ive been reading the posts on here about burning out and stopping of improvement from high mileage and its kinda freaking me out. i dont want that to happen to me. my question is can i improve from this season to next season with dropping my weekly mileage or since im running 90-105 miles a week now can i expect to me at my peak for distance running?
