Wow, I thought I had it tough by getting up at 8am, working from 9-11:30, taking a 2 hr lunch to run then having to go back to work until 4:30!! If I'm lucky I can be home before 5pm and workout again if I have the energy from working all day.

Jay seems like a great coach, very encouraging person. Seems to have a good balance knowing how to encourage atletes, which is crucial at any level of the sport, and push them to hammer it as well. I like the video, seem like great people.
