...this applies to cross or when your team truly has a shot at track nationals...
[qoute] and it further says that William J Clinton was A) on some cocky D1 team that never trained together because it was built out of individuals or 2) he sucked in college until he trained by himself after graduating and somehow got good. so please Clinton, leave it to yourself, that race wasn\'t about winning a national championship for scotty or charly, but a national championship for Chico State.
You are so blinded by Bauhs\'s balls in your eyesockets that you aren\'t even close to figuring out who, what, where or how I trained and raced.
In my opinion, which is apparently against everything Towne teaches up there in Chico, is that letting someone win results in a hollow victory for the eventual winner.
Hopefully Bauhs has kept his sweaty shorts from last night around for all you sniffers to enjoy...[/quote]
I\'m going to have to step in and comment on a few things.
1. Scott Bauhs is an arrogant, cocky bastard. Ask some of his teammates ( the ones who don\'t worship him)
2. He let Serrano win at nationals. Not to share the spotlight, but to let Serrano know that he totally owns him. If he wanted to share the spotlight and be a nice, selfless guy he wouldn\'t have thrown his arms up and smiled at the crowd like a cocky dick soaking up all the attention while his teammate took the race seriously
3. Gary Towne is a pretty cool guy. I don\'t know why you are taking shots at him.
4. Bauhs outkicked NicoD, but does anyone remember how many races Bauhs ran before the 5k??
