I love that springy feeling, the feeling that your legs are light as feathers. Each run does not hurt and it is effortless. Unfortunately I haven't felt that in months.
Ideas?
What do people do if the time to recover from workouts is taking longer each time?

I'm going through the same thing. Right now trying all kinds of things... TRYING to slow down on my easy runs, ZMA, iron supplements, more protein, etc.
