Erm, shall we compare team indiana elite's recet results compared to mcmillan elite. Note of point, Scott Overall ran a 13.37 in his first race of the outdoor season. That's after being at altitiude for 4 weeks in flagstaff.
Don't see the mcmilllan guys doing anything near that sort of form and they LIVE at altitude etc. They just aren't that good. Accept it.
With the exception of lemocello they are nearly made it guys who won't be on championship teams, mike smith..king of flagstafff, yeah that's all well and good but he isn't winning anything much these days is he (olympic trials finishing position). Lemoncello is the only one who will make teams etc because he is a VERY talented guy and will always succeed if he trains hard plus he's living at altitude. Although saying that he isn't the best in Britain and probbaly never will be, but he is good enough to make teams and go to championships. Mcmillan shouldn't be judged on lemoncello because anyone with a good coaching brain could coach him and have success, he is just that good, the other guys are how Mcmillan should be judged and that can only be done on how they progress through their results. which after a year of the programme, hasn't been to great!!
