Still a republican?
i suppose that the rabbit would be winning for the first 8k or so, then the best animals would start fighting for the win.
a bear
the megatherium (look it up) would destroy them all.
Cow
A Liger.
A jaguar of course.:)
A jackalope.
Since you say untrained. The only animal that could stay on the course and avoid a DQ would be the human.

Ha! Nice.
My Dog
On flat, even terrain it's whatever is the best Antelope, by far. However, on terrain with hills or uneven terrain, I would still take the wolf.
If it were a mile, I would take the cheetah... at 60 mph top speed, I think they could last at top speed for close to a minute.
Like others have said the pronghorn antelope

What about an XC 100k?
You didn't give specifics. People on hear are trying to be smart. Land animal no question a pronghorn is the correct answer. But since you didn't give specifics as to how. Several type of birds would obliterate any land animal. In Every distance you can list.
Also man and it's machines would do the same.
Or Flash/Superman/SuperRaton/Sonic the Hedge and Of course the poor little Road Runner who never hurt anyone beep beep! .................. Hog would also be good answers.
Web
800 1:43.7
10k 27:34
bear .8k Eats web, wins

I definitely meant a land animal. Seems the pronghorn is the choice. Wonder who'd finish 2nd.
a crow, it would fly strait to the finish line.
CORRECT ANSWER HERE!!!
1- Female yellow lab. (If in Ohio then a chocolate lab of either gender).
2- Rhino. Other animals would be too scared to get in front of it, except the female yellow lab.
3- Beaver. It'd chew up and confuse the course for the others and trot home with the bronze.
4- Tri-color Beagle (not bi-color!!!). If you don't know why, then you're an idiot.
