No idea here. But Hyenas are supposed to have great endurance. So I'll say a hyena.
BTW, an untrained animal, beyond their normal lifestyle.

All I got to say is Ostrich bro! Yo when I found this picture I became instantly petrified of Ostrich's plus what other animal would mess with that?

I'll say wolves?
otherwise maybe elk...or marmot? Not the canadien marmot, but the greenland marmot's that are known for thier long migrations.
Definitely the pronghorn antelope. By far the greatest endurance of any land mammal.

If someone needed a heart transplant, got a heart from a pronghorn antelope and started running 22 minute 10k's, would the times be ratified?
I'd imagine it would be some kind of bird, assuming that the rules allow each animal to use its own natural means of locomotion (ie flying is allowed).
Cheetah, but then again, if the rules are just animal, and its a hilly course, I'd go hummingbird, they can just fly over the course damn fast....

A cheetah would plotz long before the 10k mark. They're all fast twitch and are only good for a few hundred meters.
A hummingbird can't cover territory very fast, and would have to stop and feed its astounding metabolism every minute or two.
Depending on the terrain, I'd go with either the right kind of horse or the right kind of dog.
Teg.
A golden bruin...wtf is going to beat a golden bruin
It's a Pronghorn by a mile, closely followed by a bunch of different types of African Antelope.
It is really no contest. There are tremendous endurance predators as well(Cape Hunting dogs etc.) but they tend to chase the slightly slower types of Antelope.
Hyena prefer Wildebeest and Gemsbok.

Yep. Pronghorn can run at 95% maximum speed for something like 40 minutes before reaching exhaustion. Okay, I kind of made that up, but I did read something like that a while back, and I don't think the numbers are too far off.
As for cheetahs, I saw a video where they chased a sprinting cheetah for a few minutes. It became so exhausted it just laid down and didn't even try to attack the researchers when they approached it. They could get up close and pet it and it was too tired to do anything about it! Obviously they wouldn't do well in a 10k, but I just thought it was interesting information.
