i agree. he should have remained at home on his computer finding pictures of runners to make fun of.

GREAT POST!!!
by letting Ritz pass me, I think he gained the necessary confidence to go on ahead and win. I finished drug free
with no patch on my thigh and I'm 16 years older. Lets see
Ritz break 47min when he is my age.
ha, yea I think he could run better than 47min when he gets to that age. silly goose. I still like the post from the beginning where you can look at it and ask, 'who is passing who?' just imagen it the opposite way.. hahaaha
Clearly the guy he is lapping is the typical person who posts on letsrun.com
Wouldn't using a painkiller during a race be considered a doping violation? Are you guys serious?
Souls of LetsRun posters? MIA!!!
It is "Who is passing WhoM?"

Did anyone see this photo of Ritz lapping a guy in the xc championships?

one of the reasons i love our sport, especially XC, is that anyone can race.
there used to be 900 runners in the english national XC at one time, i hope there still is.
i figure ritz has more respect for the guy he is lapping than he does for 99.5% of the people who post on letsrun.
Yes our sport is so great. We let the weekend warriors play ball with Lebron James.

It's an EPO patch. Rupp wears one but it's disguised as a neoprene sleeve.
Hall has a contract with a sunglass company so I imagine that this is why he is wearing them

The difference is that this guy probably has a real job and makes some money.
I'd love to hire Ritz to manage my burger king in 10 years.

jesus, dude, you've really fallen apart since tnfmedia.com went under...
p.s. nicole says "hi"...
Um, he DID wear spikes, those are clearly waffle xc's or waffle racers.

Crap, that old dude reminds me of myself these days - but I would have worn spikes to better look the part, even though at this age they hurt my achilles.
When did Zoom Forevers become "trainers"?

Jon Rankin got 20th, beating some solid distance dudes, and he did it as a funrun- in trainers. Dang

I promise you Dathan in ten years will be able to get a better job than manage your burger king.
p.s. Why the f*** would you own a burger king, and since you do, can you tell every burger king ever to stop hiring white trash?
Might as well be KFC....f***..
Rockin the big shorts and trainers !!!
great stuff
How far was each lab, thats a shame though. Photographed getting lapped by the winner of a XC race. haha!!

Is schief really this bitter? I was a fan of t&f media but his current posts make him sound like a grumpy old troll.
