Actually I have to say Clemens - he sold out and played for the Yankees - what a loser...

Even Barry isn't secretly taping people.
Initial reports on the local radio station(s) indicate they were BOTH taping the conversation. They said Mcnamee's side first released an edited clip, so Roger's side released the entire conversation at his press conference. I don't know if that's true or not, I haven't heard any more about it, but that's what was initially reported.
In any case, I think they were both watching their words. McNamee kept trying to get Roger to tell him what to say (entrap him into witness tampering). Roger kept avoiding calling him a liar, and kept from putting words in his mouth. Obviously both had been coached on what NOT to say.
Mac's lawyer asked for the release of the entire tape. If MacNamee was told by Clemens to testify it was a b-12 shot and that was the truth then it wouldn't be witness tampering would it? If that was the truth then Clemens would be a fool not to demand that MacNamee testify that it was only b-12 or some pain killer.
For MacNamee to try and trap him and for Clemens not to demand him to testify that it was a b-12 just confirms the Clemens is lying.
I read somewhere that presciptions are necessary for both B-12 and Lidocaine injections. If he was using these, why weren't they adminsitered by his physician or the team doctor? Why his trainer?
How can one be worse than the other?
They are both dumba$$ drug cheat baseball losers.
Neither.
