I recently hurt (I think pulled or strained, I'm not sure) my hamstring tendon, behind my knee. I hurt it doing a core workout when i was doing a back plank where you prop yourself up on your elbows and lift one leg at a time. I can't feel it when i walk around, but it hurts when I run. I've run through it the past few days but there is some moderate pain. Do you think something like this will go away even if I run through it since its not a runnning related injury? Should I take some time off? Has anyone had a similar injury?
