WRONG WAY!-run backwards
CROSSWALK SPRINTS-sprint every crosswalk
ROLLERCOASTER-every hill you go down keep arms up til the bottom cuz its a rollercoaster
FORWARD VELOCITY-grab every pole along the way for an energy boost
THE HUNCH-run while touching the ground with your hands for as long as possible, then do it again when you get the urge
MR DANGEROUS-run downhill through knee-high brush
WATER TAUNTING-run along the water at the beach as close as you can avoiding every coming wave and going in when the water is pulled out
REALLY FREAKING HARD-run parallel to the ocean in the water (as high as you like) to the other end of the beach and back
THE ANIMAL-run straight up a hill disreagarding trails
STUPID GAME-on a run, green lights= straigh and reds= lefts. go until you get 3 red and then take the street you were on back home.
CUTOFFS-practice pack racing in packed city places
THE SPIRAL- start in lane 9 and every lap go down a lane and increase speed. go until you reach 1.
my favorite- run around th kitchen til you get a full workout in and don't have to go outside
SKID RUN- on dirt track, trail or at the beach jump into a skid throughout the run for as long as you are on that terrain or at least until you hit a PR.

RAIN RUNS- try to splash the person you are running with every puddle that comes your way.
ORANGE FIGHTS- Run through a orange grove and hit the person you are running with with as many oranges as possible
GROUP WEAVING, need at least 3 people, make patterns and rotating formations while running
