I have pr's of 9:50 two mile and 15:50 3 mile. I would like to improve on those times. Does anybody have a plan that would help somebody in the 2 mile. I am going to raise my mileage to about 55 miles a week for a base and kind of go from there. If you could give me advice on your persay on things I will gladly take all of considering I am new to the sport. Thanks
