I humbly submit that managing this feat after a thirteen years hiatus would be rather impressive.

Over 15 years since this epic LRC post. Remember reading it in my college days and regretfully not taking on the challenge myself. Wherever you are in the world and whatever you're up to Ziggy, thanks for the memories. Also a big thanks to the teammates who captured it so well!

It'd be interesting to witness this feat performed using today's tech. It's so easy to record and track things like HR, HRV, etc. Compare stats from the start of the week to the end.

Or maybe not. Maybe it would be a terrible idea.

Nevertheless, there's got to be a current student out there with the brass to attempt this again.
