Got a cross training question that i'm curious about. Say you run 100 miles a week and are fairly decent runner atleast for your area. This is based for a fitness geek more than a runner looking to set records but do wonder if it will help the running side of things.
Would there be any benefits to the running aspect if you were doing a extra 30-60mins a night on a stationary bike while watching tv? The extra spin is bascially just a slow spin.
