The tests don't mean a thing, Marion was tested 160 times.

When will pople realise that phenomenal training goes hand in hand with drugs, drug takers train harder because they can, there are plenty of people out there prepared to do the work but their bodies do't allow them to. As for HGH there is no test for it, full stop.
And when will you realise that some of us do phenomenal training without drugs?
There are so many ways to make yourself fitter without resorting to performance enhancing drugs.
Some of us aren't looking for a shortcut.
I had to tune up my guitar and play "Kum Bay Yah" when I read this maudlin drivel. If you are "elite" it hasn't been for very long...stick around and you'll "jade-up" with the rest of us.

So you're jaded? Am I supposed to admire that cynicism? Empathise with it? I felt like that a long time ago, but I got over it, and decided the best thing to do to enjoy my sport to get on with my own running in an optimistic and enthusiastic way, and do what I can to help others do the same.
Yes I'm angry that the drug testing is a joke, but probably nowhere near as angry about it than Paula Radcliffe.
At leasy she is doing something about it.
You forgot about Leonid Shvetsov, he was also Eddy's little dope buddy. Not to mention anyone who stayed at Leonid's house ended up moving out and hating him ,last I heard he sold his house and moved back to Russia.

Like what?
Lubov Denisova ended up getting busted and she was training in Albuquerque.

She makes it very public and offers to have her blood frozen so when more accurate tests are developed in the future, her blood can be analyzed to a greater degree and prove that she's been clean all along.
It's too bad that there are these jaded dicks that think because they don't have the talent to be among the best in the world, that no one else does.
You want to know who is using drugs and who isn't? Look for two things: 1) who they're working with and 2) have they made any big bumps in a short time that seem very questionable. Anyone who is/was working with Trevor Graham or Charlie Francis, for example. You can bet that anyone attached to either of them is dirty because of their records.
If someone pulls a Kellie White or a Cathal Lombard, that's a red flag. Sometimes there are athletes who make a legit jump in performance: all the training finally clicks or they're finally staying injury free. It can happen. We've been there.
And sometimes it's because they started thinking like 'jaded.' Ask Lombard.
Why a drug haven? Leonid Shvetsov.
Ah, you have a new tactic, bumping 6 year old threads!
Did you find the IP addresses yet?
How are those little boys?
So because she froze her blood and offers it to be tested once more accurate tests come about she is CLEAN?
Ever thought about the idea that she froze her blood when she was on a clean cycle? DUMBarse
She does have the availability of testing her blood regularly. Notice she has not run well since WADA Passport has been around hmmmm

When was the last time Paula ran well?
When were bio passports implemented?
well
you could say the exact same for geb and bekele
but they are getting on a bit
Yeah I thought they were pretty much retired now. Isn't Geb 40? Bekele looks past his best now, is he over 30?
I know for a fact that Paula once visited the doctors when she was a child. This obviously proves she was cheating. She also, once had a run along the shore of the Dead Sea where she breathed organic air. Her trips to Albuquerque were so that she could run directly into the gale force winds which occur there at certain times of the year. Doing this at altitude meant she could race without oxygen at sea level.
If i was the best marathoner in the world I would not put my self in a place of such doping suspicion. Did she not know about the excessive amount of dopers who trained in ABQ and that she too would become suspicious if she chose to train there? Why wouldn't she just go to another altitude camp that wouldn't bring doubt upon her?
It seems like there are some dopers that are fairly obvious, but there aren't any that obviously aren't dopers. There are very few athletes, if any, that would surprise me if they got busted.
afaik the altitude is just a gimmick
they're out in ITEN and albuquerque at altitude to hide from the out of competition testing which is non existent in these places
some of them then come back bustin out prs
John Fahey, president of the World Anti-Doping Agency (Wada), said there was a "cloud hanging over them". He said: "For some time, we have been very concerned about the accusations of doping there," going on to describe Kenya as "a location of choice for dopers".
Paula is a doper, plain and simple. She needs to shut her hypocritical pie hole and keep on not paying any tax to the country that spent tons of cake sending her to the olympics so she could get crushed by non-dopers.
