Sell does more than just run 150 miles a week.
2 x 6 miles in 29 and under is a fast workout.
Repeat 400s in :65 won\'t doshit for a marathon.

Yes, all the guys who feel like they're underdogs can associate with Brian Sell. The walk-ons, or guys who've made All American without ever being recruited. Just an example.
YEAH GO SELL!!! I'll be rooting for him...he really deserves it:)

I want anyone that has the same first name as anyone in my high school yearbook. I just feel a greater connection. Brian or Dathan or Ryan or Dan or Chad or Jason or.......the list is endless. There is probably 125 athletes in the field that would make me proud.
So, basically I think that meant that you will support anyone who isn't named Abdihakim, Mebrahtom, Khalid, Mbarak, Fasil, Macharia, and a couple others that come to mind, right? If any of those guys made the team you wouldn't be "proud" ?? Weird. Well, prepared to be at least a little disappointed, because 1 or 2 are very likely to make the team.
But if the litmus test is your high school year book, are Marzuki, Westly, Edwardo, Sergio, Dathan, Miguel, Hobie, Cecil, Teren, Mikhail, Garick, Sage, Konrad, etc out too? Because I certainly didn't have anyone attending my high school with those names (and plenty of other qualifiers don't have names that were in my high school either).
So is it the name really, or where they were born?
Yeah, Go Sell. I really don't want Meb to win!!
I'd love for both Gilmore and Sell to make the team. Here's hoping.

Here's to being dissapointed.
ba ba ba buuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuump!
Brian is a great guy. I met him at my first Boston. We had a great chat. He signed a large poster for me. The next day I competed against Brian at the Boston Marathon. I BQ'd, so did Brian. Everytime I have gone to Boston Brian has been there. Each year he has ran faster than me. All the best Brian.
