This is a hard to answer question. We have no background info. on your training at all.
I will say this, when I was in good shape I used to run 600m time trials in around 1:23 and I would race 1:53. I'm going to guess 1:51 based on that.
You ran 27 s/200 m in your 600. I extrapolate out to a 1:48 assuming you can just maintain your pace for another measly half lap.

Yea, just another 33% longer.
1:50

I disagree, seeing as it was practice, adrenaline and his well honed kick were probably non-existant as well, I'd say he'll be closer to 1:42-1:43.
well it all depends actually...i did a 1:21 and that year i only hit 1:54, and the next year i hit 1:19....but blew out a hammy so who knows
I ran 1:21 high in a race once and my best 800 is 1:54 low.
If you are a 800/1500 type you can probably run 1:52-1:53. If you are a 400/800 guy I would think 1:54-1:55.
it really depends on how long you been training so far, what phase you are in your training, and what are the next steps, thought that is good for this time of year. It really depends on if you have been training from say June or sept or however long. Did you have on spikes or flats?, did you run by yourself?, are you new to the event? there are so many factors, but I would say you should be a minimum of 153 - the fatster you are the harder it is to drop time, and the more things become important

i definitely didn`t run it smart, went out too fast . we had spikes on and it was a group of 6 of us. we have another one comin up in 2 weeks. this time i`m going to pace a lil better...my goal for indoor is 1:49-1:50 & 1:47-1:48 outdoor! i have pretty good 400 speed (went 48 low a few times last yr. on splits), and we have been doing long runs, over-distance, some speed but small amounts & we jus started hills...my coach thinks i can go 1:46 outdoor if paced perfectly! i was jus curious about my present fitness levels. (really 1:52ish?!) we have some studs in our conf. (2 guys @ 1:47 & 3 @ 1:50!) and i really want to step up and be one of the best....thanks for the feedback. i`ll let you kno how the next one goes!!!
what conference?
If it was a 81sec all out id say you would be in around 1:51/1:52 shape.
I remember a few summers back a guy in our group went 77low for a 60m time trial then ran 1:46.8 a few weeks later.
Pac 10 baby!!! surf, sand & speed! and not necessarily in that order...
what were your splits?
that will reveal all.
52 high 1st 400....guy in my group went out in 25(!) for the 1st 200 & my dumb-ass followed. altho i didn`t finish with a super fast last 200, i think if i went out in 54 flat-53 mid, i could have finished in maybe 1:20! but, we`ll see the next time we run it.
As mentioned above, splits would be nice.
If you have a lot of speed and not much endurance and you dropped a lot of time over the last 200m then that tells you the whole story. If you went :51 / :30 then ... there's your answer.
thanks, ... sounds like you're ready to run fast and 1:47 could be in your future.

I ran 1:21 exactly last fall during practice and ended up running consistent 1:50 during outdoor last year...didn't really get in any good races though, felt like I could go faster...
A word of caution here...Are you sure it was 1:21? Our coach used to lie to us all the time. Was it auto timing or hand timing or coach hand timing? Back in the day, with our coach a 1:21 meant somewhere between 1:20 and 1:30.
how many miles/kilometres per week do you train? are you doing hill running. If you do what kind of? I am doing a couple of different hills and I am following the five pace theory of seb coe.
