Minimalist fans: I began the process of switching to training in flats. The initial feeling is one of unbridled oneness with the road and a sense one is running faster.
I ran 2-3K the past two days.
Today howeve I awakened to find myself with a roaring pain in my left arch. The achilles, knees etc. feel fine.
Is this supposed to happen?
I was training in Etonics, the Ryva's or whatever they're called. I switched to the NIKE Air Zoom Marathon.
