So I'm coming off of 2 months off of running, in which time I have been doing the eccentric raises that most everyone on here seems to recommend. After a couple weeks of slowly building I have gotten to the point where I am running 5-6 miles easy every day without pain. However, when I wake up in the morning I ususally have stiffness and swelling along with a persistant almost itchy feeling. I never experience the kind of pain that I did earlier in my injury, but I'm still worried that maybe I shouldn't be running at all on it. What does everyone think?
