I just began jogging 3-5 days/wk after being sedentary for 15 months.
Whenever I jog over about 3.5 miles, my right foot begins to go numb.
I used to jog about 50-60mpw before quitting due to hip flexor/knee/pelvic problems. I never had this problem previously.
I don't know if this is any kind of factor or not, but I'm running on streets/sidewalks in Nike Frees 5.0. I previously ran in Wave Riders, Speedstars, and a few of the other lightweight trainers.
I'm really getting fed up with all of these constant nuisances. I swear, any physical activity I do leads to some sort of chronic pain or injury. It's almost as if my body isn't cut out to be active. Running hurt my knees. When I bike, my hand goes numb.
Just looking for some thoughts or advice.
