Do you run without keeping a log?

Been running without a log for 16 years.
I've been logging without the runs for years

good play and nice form. Clever posts get props
Used to be religious about writing in my log everything I did for about 7 years then moved on to a graduate school and the running has went downhill so the log writing has ceased or else I may become too upset seeing what I'm really doing on paper
I didn't use a long my first two years of running (wish i did though) but once i entered college i did.
I never run with a log. I always swing by the bathroom before I head out the door, jk. Anyway, I ran from start of high school through college and never really kept a log. I would keep track of mileage to some extent and every now and then I tried for a week to write about my runs but just never really got into it. I kind of wish I did sometimes because I would enjoy reading through them now. However, I think it would have messed with my mindset if I thought and wrote about my runs too much. I never really had any major injury problems and basically just got better and better throughout my career until the end of college. So I guess I just didn't have much too analyze to become better. If I took up running seriously again I would probably keep track of what I did.

ROFL. I think Tommy Crapper had the funniest post of the week. That was most surely very clever on his behalf
look at logging on the urban dictionary - mad or what?
I keep a branch, a couple of sticks, and a twig or two, but I have never been a fan of keeping logs. Just don't trust em'.
I ran without a log in the early days, from ages 15-19. I regret that tremendously now. I wish I had some record of my old stuff just so I could reminisce.
