If you want the hard facts about the training locations here they are.

Here it is .. its only about 10 minutes from the Airport.. and they are there almost everyday..
Granted some afternoons they train at the hills of entoto. Which are 30 minutes north of the city..its 3000 meters and 500 meters above the city...the stadium is at 2,477 meters above sea level. I think they do the hills twice a week and the flat trails in the east twice a week.
Recently, they have been training in the east of town on flatter land... about half hour outside the city. They are staying at arrarat hotel.. and room together .. since its in the outskirts of the city the can run together..in the surrounding fields.

Dr. Woldemeskel Kostre has a phd in physical education or something closely related. He is def. not an MD.
Those who accuse East africans will continue to bitch no matter what... so hell with you!
Go Kenya! Go Ethiopia! GO Africans!
Those who blindly defend cheating third worlders will rationalize no matter what. Kostre is doing the same thing now he did back in the good old days before the wall came down. He's working with doped athletes. Athletes doped with the full blessing of their federation and government.
If Kostre was doing this why did it take until 1992-93 for Ethiopian athletics to get better. So what you are saying is he learned how to drug our athletes in the 70's sat around for 15-20 years and then started doing them...
you don't have any clue what you are talking about.. you are just a jelous lazy slob...that shoots from the hip because your mind cannot understand what a human can do...

They got better when Jos Hermens rolled in and began 'managing' athletes. A la Gabriele Rosa. Kostre hasn't been with the Ethiopians since 93. Stop making farcical statements to back more farcical statements.
So are you accusing Kostre or Hermans or both???
If you think Ethiopian athletes are on drugs.. i will bring some kid of the street that can beat your elite athletes...
We have highschool kids that run 1500 in 4 minutes at altitude and on grass 200 meter track..then you can see what these guys can do with a little training..
Aaaaah, 92-93, amazing how the rise in athletics closely mirrors the year EPO hit the scene. If you don't think that the vast majority of elite athletes(ethiopians included) are doped, you certainly haven't run on the european a or b circuit.
I see, so running on the European circuit gives a person special insights into whether the other competitors are doped? That makes no sense.
No sense, so being around your competitors on a daily/weekly basis doesn't give you insight in who uses, who doesn't. Don't believe me, ask someone like Super Swede who has also been on the european circuit.
Yikes!!! wrote:

Names, please.
OK, I hereby ask Super Swede, or anybody who has done the circuit, to discuss his experiences in this area.
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
