We do not recognize apartheid in our sport. The medals will go to the first through third human beings. So the questions for the original poster are "Why did you ask about race? Why did you ask about country?"

it's not good enough that we have black americans winning the 100, 200, 400, 1500... we must now have a white american in order to be satisfied.
