When and where do we see the results of our pod and tod clicking?
When and where do we see the results of our pod and tod clicking?
People need to start voting in greater numbers.
thanks for answering the question.
Thanks wejo. Assuming we get this stellar group of posters to vote more where will the xODs appear, front page or in banner link on first posting page?
What about making it so people can vote multiple times during the day but they can't vote for the same post twice?
I could do that. That way we might get posts with more than just a few votes.

The reason I have not voted - I simply have not seen something worthy of an xOD. If I see something I find worthy, I'll vote.
Allowing multiple votes from same registered name just means the same small number of people will be voting - just more often.
You might enable multi votes for the first x period until posters who do not spend 22 hours a day here get up to speed on the voting thing. If they see it in action I'm sure they'll start voicing their opinion.
BTW thanks for bringing theseboard configuration issues to the board for imput. I reinforces that even with our diverse opinions on almost every topic we are all part of the LetsRun family.
A highly dysfunctional family.
The problem I see with the POD and TOD is that I might use up my votes and then a more worthy post or thread comes later in the day.

I like this idea. Also, might wanna put a POD/TOD instruction thread atop the main forum page (like there was when it was in beta).

Ever met one that wasn't? ;)
As has been mentioned many times the depth of info available in this highly dsysfunctional family is breathtakingly vast. From atomic fusion theory thru the proper way to lace your shoes, who 'Nip' is and on to how to drown a cat in a teacup, all are at our fingertips... not to mention the seemimgly obvious curealls for the worlds' ills, that seem to elude the worlds'leaders.
i don't know what the hell POD and TOD are
You can now vote more than once per day but just can't stuff the ballot box for one post or thread over and over
This may be my winky icon POD selection today;

You may want to go with post and thread of the week for a while.
