So i was doing my run yesterday and was feeling terrible, i'm sure you've all experienced those days where the motivation lacks and your body just feels tired. Well i wanted some input as to what people think about these days. Are they good to push through or is this a sign that you should stop or take the day off or perhaps just shorten up the run. I would like to see some discussions as to what you guys do during these crappy days and do you think by running through them, this will make you burnout/injured? Please any input would be appreciated...
