Has anyone had any success using an elliptical while recovering from an IT Band injury? I have already taking a bunch of time off, stretched, strengthen, massage, iced but it still hurts a little to run.
Has anyone had any success using an elliptical while recovering from an IT Band injury? I have already taking a bunch of time off, stretched, strengthen, massage, iced but it still hurts a little to run.
Try doing reverse elliptical(backwards) and side leg raises. 30x3 sets each side pretty fast pace.
