So currently I don't take anything other than a generic multi-vitamin. Should I be taking any additional supplements to make sure I am getting fully recovered and getting the most out of my training? I'm an experienced runner but am a novice when it comes to supplements. Should I be taking something with protein and essential amino acids to help recover from hard workouts?
