Hi y'all,
Any help would be greatly, greatly appreciated. Two weeks ago I fell off my bike and seemingly strained a muscle in my chest. I gave it four days of rest, and it still is sore. Running isn't that bad on it, but deep breaths can be difficult/painful and movement of the muscle still, two weeks later, creates a mild pain.
Has anyone ever had such an experience? I'm afraid running is exacerbating it, but I'm also afraid of losing two-three weeks of fitness on a non-running related injury.
Please....share away if you have any advice. Thanks!
