for the past few weeks or so i've been really stiff upon first waking up and my morning runs have reflected this
i do a lot of runs at night, around 9-930, and try to allow myself to settle down completely before going to sleep and have been stretching more...the reason i ask is that a few years ago i used to feel much better in mornings vs evenings, now it seems completely reversed
id like to start running before work more regularly so i have more free time in the evenings...does anyone have any ideas or suggestions on how to get some life back into my legs in the morning or is this pretty common and just starting to catch up to me?
